Trouble in the Battle Coliseum

Yer a wizard

The pet I want to fight with is fully healed and happy and has 5/10 hunger points, but the coliseum keeps telling me that none of my pets are eligible for battle. Help please?

Is it already in a battle? Check here http://subeta.net/games/battle/stats.php to see if the pet is already in battle
