I think your skin came from the Pandemic 2012. To cure it, get the Bottled Antilovirus.

- I think the Healer can cure zombie viruses now (scroll to the bottom of that page to check), which should be cheaper than the Bottled Antilovirus mentioned.

hmm, it doesn't say anything about healing the virus there so i guess i'll have to buy the item... tho it's kinda expensive, so i hope it works D:
