I got this random event:

"You notice an odd Aircraft flying overhead, and realize that Calvin Blackmoon's flag is painted on the side. I wonder what he's doing flying around..."

What does it do?

it doesn't do anything. We got a lot of this particular RE before the first Atebus Masquerade and certainly he was up to something with NPC Marcel Martenez (deceased) five years ago for that site event.

If it means something now or has been happening more often, then your guess is as good as anyone's.
