In the pawn shop, when new CWs get listed, do they go to page number one of the CW shop, or are they scattered throughout?

They're listed in the order that they're pawned, so the first one on the first page is the most recent arrival.

I see. And by 'pawn' do you mean subeta users have sold them for csc to the pawn shop? Is there another area of the site where I can purchase CWs?

All CWs sold to the Pawn Shop give the user a return of 250 CSC. You can purchase CWs in the Cash Shop and in the r200 Advertising subforum of Advertising. You can also purchase slots for CWs in the process of being submitted to the site in the Custom Clothing forum.
