Hi all!

I'm thinking of trying for Blue Building membership. All I need to do is complete the map, get more trading cards, and work on pet stats - the map costs 1.6mil though. I was wondering if it was worth the price to get to the Building - I know there is some sort of shop, and you can get achievements there - but I could spend the money on other things.

Also, the Omen Islands Map - one map piece alone is 12mil. Is the map worth the price (specifically, Oceans Depth Vending Machine)? Are map piece prices going to go down anytime soon? I really don't think I'm going to save up for the pieces but it's always good to know if I'm asking now.

I'm curious as well regarding the Blue Building, I'm close to being able to get there. I was fortunate with the map pieces during the wishing bush at the Peek-a-Boo festival. People here granted some as my wish.

The Blue Building can be worth the cost, but if you don't have a lot of sP to spare for the map, then I would just wait. The quests are pretty expensive a lot of the time (I usually go up to 50k on them, more than that and I skip it). The items aren't impossible to find in user shops either, so if you're not concerned with the achievements then there's really no rush to get access before you can afford it.

The Omen Islands map is definitely not worth it, if all you want it for is the vending machine and/or you don't care about the achievements tied to it. The Ocean Depths machine is nice for getting new wearables, but Dragons Hoard also vends a lot of clothes. Carl's quests usually give a profit, but you won't get rich doing them, and you can always get another user who already has access to make a Hyrdus pet for you if you wanted one. As for whether or not the price will come down, I have no idea. Probably not unless they release the most expensive piece in the Crystal Shop or something, but the rest of the pieces will probably stay around where they are now, I think.

Thanks for the information. I'm a wearables hoarder and I spend a fair bit of SP on clothing and such, so maps/achievements are not high on my list.

Sounds like I'm going to give both maps a skip. I missed the Peka-Boo Festival, so no Wishing Bushes for me! I've always been curious about the maps, but never really gotten into it - I've gotten a few pieces here and there, but I've never tried to collect 'em all.

As far as the Blue Building goes, it's probably worth it to just hold onto the pieces you have, and if you happen to get them all through REs and things, great. If you decide later to go for it, then you'll have a head start x) But yeah, I wouldn't waste your sP in that case, when you've got other things to spend it on c:

Someone just randomly gifted me a bunch of Treasure Map pieces. So thank you, whoever you are! It definitely makes me want to save up for more pieces.

I keep on splurging on items in the Advertisement section. Oh, there's a 35% discount? Oh, I can get Zombie's Den items? This is sort of a problem, but they're all pretty things, so...

You'll make up the price of the completed treasure map after buying some things from the Blue Building shop, but the prices for the Omen Islands map pieces are ridiculous.

Interesting hint... that's definitely intriguing. I can make up the price of the treasure map - that makes the benefits a lot better, for the Blue Building.

I read that you could get the Omen Islands map for under 100k at one point, but it's so ridiculously inflated because you can no longer get your hands on any pieces. Treasure map pieces can be awarded through random events, right? So the prices for those would be better.

Both kinds of map pieces are awarded through Random Events. Omen Islands map pieces were once made more available because of a plot but that was many years ago.

Ah, that makes sense now. That's why I have a piece of the Omens Islands map! I still don't think I'll be shelling out the SP to buy the rest of the pieces, nor am I going to sell my piece for SP.
