I was under the impression that you get one a year after the first two years, and according to my counter I've been here for about 4+ years. But I don't think I ever got this year's loyalty box. (I still have last year's, could that have caused a bug?)

Have you checked the page you go to to get your box remember you have to do that to get it,And the one you already have will not have caused a bug
