It still says I've submitted feedback when I've only gotten the error so far. (also conversationally, you're not an admin of the siteupdate group so thats why your pings arent going through :) )

in order to get mine to work, I had to open a new window from Rosemary and Copy everything over from my original failed submission page into this new page.

Apparently, it doesn't forget.
