If you try to buy from a user shop and don't have enough money, you get a plaintext error message that just says "Purchase failed." This isn't really informative, and it can be really confusing unless you've been around long enough and can remember what it means.

Can we get a real error message that explains why the purchase failed? Something that tells you that you don't have enough sP on hand to make the purchase or something?

And use the Experiment and red banner like all the other error messages so it stands out more, and things are more consistent.

I'd really like this. I often close the tab before really looking at the page and don't notice the error message because of how nondescript it is.

I agree that it's too easy to overlook the "Purchase failed." text as it is now.
