Whenever I'm buying things at user shops, something annoying happens. When I click the button to purchase an item on the Search page, it buys the item and then forwards me to the shop. This is annoying because it wastes time while I'm trying to do quests.
Is there a way that I can simply buy the item I want without being forwarded? I have tried hitting escape to stop the page from loading, but it still forwards me anyways. I've tried manually hitting the icon that stops loading, but it usually forwards me on anyways. Hitting the back button wastes time, too.
Thank you for any tips you may have. Please ping me if you have an answer for me.
I don't think there's anyway to stop that, unfortunately. I find it annoying too. D;
To save time on quests though, just have multiple tabs open to the shop search and search for all your items at the same time.
Aww, crumbs. I have dual monitors, so it's easier to do quests in the first place for me. Maybe I need to take it to the suggestions forum? It should really be able to be toggled on/off.
When you click the buy button it automatically buys the item.

Opening multiple Shop Searches is a great idea, click buy wait a second or two and close :)
I always buy the item and then hit the back button right away. It already registered that I bought the item and I don't have to wait for my computer to load the images of ever item in the user's shop. I also keep the quest page open in one tab, and the shop search in a different tab.
- I just hit the search button again. It will run the search again, but that's usually quicker than going to the shop. Though lately, I'm not sure if its the site or my browser, but I have to wait about 3 seconds or it won't buy the item, and if I wait too long it takes me to the shop page anyway.

I have the shop search open in one single tab and, even with the lowest tiered internet speed available in my city (at least until Google service is available...!), which is pretty damn slow, I can consistently get a Wizard quest done in under 30 seconds, providing that I only have to RS 1 of the 3 items. Even in a worst-case scenario, I've never had anything but site lag/downtime delay me more than the minute mark, and all I ever do with it is click "Buy", click my keyboard's 'Backspace' button twice the instant the URL changes, then buy the next item.
I'm also in the same boat as , though, in that having the Shop Search on my dashboard is infinitely easier for the searching process as is.
