Cause I completed the map yesterday and its not showing up on the Blue Building as completed.

As far as I know the Omen Islands Map does not count. You have to complete the Original Map: http://subeta.net/games/treasure.php :)

No, sorry but it does not count. Only the Treasure Map counts.
