So, CC, after a walk with my mom yesterday, we get into the car and I start chanting “please start, please start, please start,” because the car hadn’t been driven in a while and there was a chance it wouldn’t do just that, start.

My mom then turns to me and goes “It’ll start because it’s my bitch.”

O.O I was like “srsly mom?”

So tell me, what weird shit has your mom, dad, grandma, grandpa, ever said to you?

My parents have said some strange things, but I'm always suprised when I hear them swear. Or talk dirty to each other :x

shudders I get beyond creeped out when parents, not only mine but any for that matter, talk dirt to each other. It’s just disturbing xD

My parents are pretty strange... hmm maybe that's where I get it from xD I can't remember a certain time, but I remember once when my aunt got drunk and began talking to me about what would I do if she died? She started mumbling stuff like that... then I kept going, "uh huh, hmm"

Then, she told me to go to hell. O_o

LOL. Yeah, I can totally understand her not remembering saying that. Usually people say CRAZY shit when they are drunk and then don't remember it the next day xD

The oddest I can think of was when I sat down to tell my mother that I was trans (I'm physically female, but I identify as a guy). My mother just sort of looked at me for a minute, and then said, 'oh, we just thought you were a lesbian.' XD

Although I can never figure out why she thought that at the time... I hadn't really shown much interest in women before that.

At least she accepted that. I’ve seen friends admit to their parents they aren’t straight and have watched their parents LOOSE it.

My parents probably say tons of weird things, but I probably don't notice because I'm used to it.

Well that's better than overreacting and making a big deal~ but still weird. lol.

Yeah, I didn't think my parents would overreact or anything- they're pretty cool with stuff like that. I just thought it was a funny thing to say in regards to it XD
