I once pawned some old cw's a while back and got less csc from the pawn shop because that item was listed at 300csc in the pawn shop. So I opened a ticket thinkning I got dooped, but I was told that if it is cheaper than normal in the pawn shop, then I get less csc when I'm selling it to the pawn shop. First off, I wanna see if this is accurate. IF so, then I have a statement to make and will have to find a forum to do so.

Why would it give you the full price if it's selling for less than that in the pawn shop? You could just buy things from the pawn shop and sell them right back, and make buttloads of csc instantly.

I don't understand this . The Help section of Subeta should be accurate. Is your Ticket still open? If it is and you have some doubt, ask to talk to their supervisor?

It was announced in the News that the Pawn Shop would be offering less. I know that if you pawn elixirs, instead of getting half value, you only get a tenth. The Pawn Shop Guy was a little shady, and didn't used to tell you he did that. Right now, Jeremy's saying CWs are worth 250CSC,

To me, this means this is what he offers on all items. The reason given in the News was because there were too many CWs in the Pawn Shop, which implies it's intentional and applies to all items. Did you get less than that?

But the lowest I have seen items priced in the pawn shop is 300. Now granted we most likely will never know what the pawn shop will list it at because I thought the max amount of csc we can get from pawning something that's gonna be priced at 500csc would be the 250 csc it says on the pawn shop selling main page. But I just put something in there and it was priced at 600 csc, which is what irked me. When I talked to a staff member about oooh, a month ago? Anyway, I believe I was told... AH! found it in my closed ticket section:

. This was from Rasputina. So my understanding is that if something is less than what the main price is in the pawn shop {500csc for the most part), you get less csc when you sell it. So say this: You are selling a cw that is 6 months old. Shop buys it, you get 200csc because that item you just pawned was listed in the shop for 300csc (or 400csc). I've had some very nice cw's and tried to sell them but have the WORST luck selling my cw's... don't know why, but I won't go into that.

It's the concept, really. If you get paid less because the item will be priced less than 500csc, then you should get paid more if your item is priced 600csc in the pawn shop. Does that make sense or am I being a whiny butt? LOL

I dunno, I just remember the reply to me in the ticket I opened a while back, and then noticing today that there are very few items in the pawn shop listed at 600csc... actually, today is the FIRST day I have seen this price in there.

EXACTLY! That is what I thought were the new rules. But apparently I'm wrong??? We're wrong??? I'm so confused now. head hurts

- 300 for a 600csc item and 200 for a 400csc item sounds like you get 50% of the going rate? Or am I still missing something?

Edit: Oh, I see now. It sounds like they just need to fix the text on the page where you sell items?

I'm just going off of what the pawn shop selling main page says. 250csc - across the board, regardless of the price it will be set at in the pawn shop. If otherwise, please indicate where the pawn shop "dealer" says you get "I'll take those Custom Wearables off your hand for the fair and reasonable 250 Cash Shop Credits!" so naturally you would think that right? Everyone does who pawns cw's. And many had to cut their loss when it comes to it. So I'm not griping (at all, rather trying to work out the confusion I have over this), but rather trying to understand why it would say only this when you get less without a notice telling you that "oops. the item you just pawned is being sold for 300csc, you only get 150csc for selling" or something like that. If you are correc speiro on the 50% dealio. But I only got 250csc and the item is selling for slot price. It's just odd...

One possible thing is that I know I went in there and snapped up some of the cheap stuff, because it was stuff I wanted, but had no idea there were copies still availble. Then I found some interesting items that I'd never have paid slot for, but which I liked for the price. If there were more people like me, then perhaps they are now slot price, but didn't used to be.

Rasputina's fairly important in terms of all the UAs, so I would take her word as gospel. I say go ahead and find your Forum and make your statement. I have found that Subeta does listen to their customers. They're good about it that way compared to some coughneoopetscough others.

If it were me, I'd try Feedback, or Suggestions & Ideas, but I'd look through the News Achives first, first with Google, and then once I knew some keywords, I'd go by week and do a Find..
