If a pet is abandoned with a minion, will the pet be adopted with the minion? Or will the minion disappear after adoption?

the minion will stay :) I think the treasure chest items don't disappear, too.

The Subeta Pets FAQ here says all items attached to abandoned pets are lost. I would assume this includes minions as well (unless it's been changed, of course, but I don't see anything that would suggest it has).

I filed a Ticket in Help about this about four months ago, and if it says that at the page linked (I can't find it there) then that information is wrong, sorry. Treasure and Minions and Petpage coding and Weaponry that is potions/shards that were specifically equipped to the pet all (instead of the Armory which is in-common) go with the pet. If you put the pet in the Inn or the Resort, the pet will stay entertained and fed for as long as you had put it in there. You will get the alert when they come out, even though they are gone and somebody else (or Adoptions R Us) has them now. This is the only thing I know is "lost".

Over and above the official word I got from Ticket UAs, I like to zap pets into what I think are interesting colors/forms and put them back into the adoption center. I have re-adopted a few that were Darkonited or Devonti-ed and then chucked back in and the stuff I put on those pets was still there.

I just tried abandoning a pet and it says on the confirmation page: "Abandoning your pet deletes all the items attached to this pet including everything in the treasure chest, and weapons equipped for battle."

In any case, it's good to have the correct info!

Hmm I have a few extra pet slots, let me try this out. I know I've gotten a pet with a racy UP before.

[edit] I adopted, abandoned and re-adopted Sizzling. Their TC was lost. Their Minion was kept. Their equipped weapon was kept.

So I wasn't completely right, but neither is the FAQ.
