This is a first for me. What does it mean?

I've never seen this.

just recently everyone's bank interested was set back to 1%. After that there was debate and they decided to give out random ways to increase your interest, which it looks like you had an increase for a day, that ran out. Now you can increase your interest if you collect it everyday at some certain time, not sure when that is, but it seems the cap is set at 3 or 4%.

to add: theres no certain time, it's just when the day starts the cap is atm at 4 % highest you can seem to get is 5% if you add a Morty Card

Hmmmm... Ok. Not sure I like that. But oh well. lol
