I without thinking collected my interest and got this. I know the site owner mentioned something about knowing there is/was a problem with the 'buff system' and that a cap was put into place at 3%.

Now I have 4% interest. =/ Do I delete the sP interest I collected? I will, not a problem. As I would rather delete glitched sP, then to keep a whopping 8k.

The cap is actually at 4% if you would have read the rest of the board :p
