So today I picked up a $20 Ultimate Game Card with the hopes of buying $20's worth of CSC, 2000.

I get home, scratch off my number, type it in... and find out I still need to pay 95 cents.

I'm sorry, why is the system asking me for almost a dollar extra on this payment? The UGC only covers $20, I cannot add more than that. I paid $20, the 2000 CSC is supposed to cost $20. Hell, this was working fine literally two days ago.

What gives? Why is the system asking me for almost a dollar more than usual? Please tell me this is a glitch.

And yes, I've submitted a ticket about this. But it's been almost a day now and I haven't even been assigned a staff member, so I'm posting here.

There must have been a change in the value of the Australian dollar. We literally have no control over this, it's something that Playspan (the company that runs UGC) controls.

You can use this page to get $18 worth of credits, obviously not what you want, but it's about the only thing we can do from our end.

So you're basically telling me I spent 40 dollars to buy 4000 CSC (I brought both cards for myself and ) and I'm getting cheated out of 400 of it?

I don't understand. Australia and US have always been at a price difference. Why has this problem only cropped up today?

Plus, the card quite clearly says $20 on it, it's a $20 UGC card, I would have assumed that would have been a global payment, like paypal. I'll definitely be contacting UltimateGaming about this, this is ludicrous.

The site works, though, so thanks for that at least. I know this isn't your fault, but I don't suppose it would be too much to ask to have 200csc compensated each? just redeemed his card, I'll be redeeming mine soon. But seriously, this has made us both very hesitant to spend money on the site again, if it's going to do this to us. And that's pretty shit, seeing as we love the hell out of this site and have chosen just recently to become addicted to Custom Wearables.

Like I said, this is literally something that we do not control. We have no ability to change the prices, and obviously we have no control over the economies of both countries.

If we give you the remaining 200CSC then we are losing money because we aren't compensated by UGC for the remaining $2. It really does suck and it's not something that we're happy with, but there isn't really anything we can do.

Well thanks for the link, anyway, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go yell at Ultimatepay for skimping me and my friend out by 2 bucks. Although I must say this is very disheartening. UGC is pretty much the only reliable way we had to pay for CSC, and now they're fucking screwing with us.

Since this is (a very unfortunate) issue with the cards and not subeta, I am going to go ahead and lock this up. I hope you figure something out!
