When the account was made, you should've filed a ticket saying that your sister is joining and you're not using multiples. But since you're pretty new, you probably didn't know. :) My sister has one too (though she rarely uses it, maybe a few times a year) and I filed a ticket for the staff. They make a note of it for future references.
