In wich sense of case do you mean? If an overlay is rejected, you don't get 500 CSC anymore back?

The 500 CSC was in the context of Referrals. Hence the "Referrals:"

yooooo users pinging the group multiple times is a little unnecessary :)

Non-staff shouldn't be able to ping regardless though because this group has admin-only settings.

I thought that siteupdate was made to be staff pinging only.
