I thought I was immune to the zombie 'virus' if I still had my zapper skin, evidently I'm wrong?! What's up with this? Will I get to keep my avatar skin after the cure for the zombie virus is released?

From what I understand, you're immune to all strains except Baker's Kiss. This is so you can participate in the plot without being forced to cure your zapper skin. I'm pretty sure you'll be able to cure your virus without it hurting your zapper skin in the end :)
