Who would i ask about help?

There's a Contact Us at the bottom of the page, that directs you to .org">admin.org, but if you're clearer about what help you need someone might have a clearer answer :)

thanks it was if someone could change or reset my user because i have it under a email that i deleted a while back and forgot^_^;

This is strange, I have the exact same problem. I sent an sMail to about it yesterday.

Good luck to you too! :). Problem is that I was first under the impression that my account got deleted so I created a new one, then I figured that it was still tied to the old emailaddress. I tried a password reset to be sure and yes, it was tied to that emailaddress facepalm.
