The title basically says it all, I have 800 CSC on the persona.ly thing that I want to redeem but I can't figure out how? Help please.

If you go to the Items section of the Cash Shop you will see CSC Cards, like those can then be sold to users for sP or use it to buy CWs or art

Thank you, but under cash shop you can earn csc by doing offers. I'm simply wondering how to redeem those credits since there's no obvious button, I'm not looking to buy csc when I already earnt 800.

The videos automatically add the CSC to your account once you've watched it; from that point, it acts like normal CSC.

If it is listed under the sP on the sidebar, then you should be able to freely spend the CSC in the cash shop. You don't have to "redeem" it if it is already there.

I remember it used to be that there was a cap of how many times you could watch a video and get CSC from it. I also remember a time when those videos were completely broken and weren't giving CSC.

It could be either of those.

It's not over the side, the credits I have on the side are leftovers from the video offers a while back.

Yeah I ran through all the videos, I can't do those offers any more, if you actually go to the 'cash shop' tab and go to 'earn csc' you'll see there's a new offer program there, that's the thing I'm using and it doesn't have a redeem button.

I would file a ticket, there might be a problem with it or something but I had never heard of this until now so I have no idea how it works lol

As I said before, that should automatically be put into your CSC on hand or wasn't I that clear? XD It's quite possible I wasn't clear enough.

I tried two to three videos for that and...yeah...CSC wasn't added to my account O.o

I don't think it's working right quite yet. Especially since there was no announcement about it.

I'd wait for an announcement before you really try to use it.

Yeah, I've just ended up filing a ticket because i seem to have confused everyone..

These aren't videos they are surveys and downloads and they are not automatically credited or I wouldn't be here asking for help lol

Yeah sometimes the videos are dodgy that's why I'm not using them and why I used the other offer to earn csc.

Well I haven't been using subeta actively since couple of months ago so I thought it was introduced long ago and I didn't know, but alot of people have done it when I was doing the offers it said like 100 or so people before had done it.
