How do I up my pet's rating and where do I go to do that? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

If you are talking about getting into the Blue Building, your pet rating is all of its battle stats added together. It doesn't include intelligence, just Level, Health, Speed, and Defence. You can increase those stats by training your pet at the Gym in the Riverside Valley

What about Strength?
