I'm also looking to get art of him as a human, but have no refs on that yet.

I would love to do his human form, here is an example of a male chibi I did! Price would be a little higher, since you have no reference yet (so I think I'm going to work on individual images or descriptions?), does 15 USD sound fair? c: If it's too high, you can always haggle! ^u^

Nope! I have no official art shop right now, so chances are if I've offered to do it you're definitely getting it. All I'd ask is if you have any specific refs for Pegasus. Like I know you want a white winged horse, but there's also mane and tail length...
