I don't feel right jumping into someone elses post, (or pushing up a dead one)) as well as I have my own ideas. However in honor of the new season and the 12th doctor coming Saturday I'd like to request a user profile as well. :)

Is there no one willing to make one? I however have seen some asking prices, is there no one who will make one for 7mil or thereabouts?
