So I made a thread for something that seems to be a malfunction and it was posted almost 2 weeks ago. Today it reached to page 3 and haven't got any response, I am a little big anxious because I'd love a response on it before doing something else.

Is there anything I can do? Did they totally miss it?

I don't think Vanya's quests have a deadline.

You probably didn't get an answer because nobody knows. Merana's Hydrus Curse can ask for some pretty expensive items, so it wouldn't surprise me if Vanya also asked for expensive items too.

If you think it may be a bug and nobody answers you, you can ask if it is a bug in Help by filing a Ticket. If that's a yes, then post in Problems & Bugs.

No, they don't have a deadline. The items are still being asked for but I have more instructions that I'd like to redeem :P

I already pinged the mods, I hope the pings went through and it seems to be right to ping when the thread has been clearly passed by. It is not like it's an expensive item but rather a retired one which makes it suspicious.

I guess that if I don't get answered soon I will just go ahead and do the ticket thing or maybe re-post on the P&B forum.
