Is it just me or are some of the "mundane" things she is asking for inflated beyond belief? O_o

I can't think of a good example, but she asked for a food item I had sold for maybe 15k last week.. I did a shop search and there were only two on at 900k each. The food's rarity was "Common"

All in all though, this is probably one of my favorite weekend quests, next to saggi. XD

Another good example! -- My girlfriend just got asked for Funky Black Corset. There were only a handful on for 200k and some for even 3mil. I went check Subetahq and it's only a r55 item! Estimated at 20k. I wonder if someone snagged an item request list from her and bought everything up XD

Since it's the weekend quest, there is an influx of questers buying items, hence prices go up. It's not rigged at all. It seems Maleria asks for limited range of items, like dark matter, so that really causes inflation to increase even more.

Actually before I came here I decided to read the news page comments and sure enough someone mentioned people are just shop searching her keywords and hyperinflating anything she asks for.

Kind of lame, considering they aren't hurting anyone as bad as themselves, but at least I already got some really nice items out of this weekend. :D

I see now...that's so wrong! Sucks! Friday I had some really good quests and today I had to bail out half of them :(

yeah, only about four of her items i was even able to buy. really, i am so not going to buy some purple shirt thats been overinflated to 300k.

i agree. i had an awesome quest day yesterday, got to do a good portion of her quests, and even got a floral pitcher from her, but today i got to 8. don't get me wrong, i don't expect to be able to complete each and every one of her quests for cheap, but i shouldn't have to worry about outside forces. if the item costs too much that's fine, if some user decided to inflate all of her quest items, that just sucks.

i think that this matter should be looked into. i would love to see some actions taken to reprimand the users doing this. i don't think the economy fairs well from users deciding to mass buy and then profit from weekend quests like this. it will take weeks for these items to re balance back to what they were. if they ever do. i'm pretty sure this was not what the special weekend quests were intended for.

Ridiculous. Only 3 out of a total of 30 quests for Maleria today were available for under 100k...

I must admit that out of the 20 quests I was given, I was only able to complete 3 of them today. The good news though is that not all items Maleria asks for are hyperinflated, even though most are (I only really did them if they were under 75K).
