I would love a User Profile~ And I'm going to give you artistic freedom on the way its designed if that's alright.

Number of columns: 3 Style: I'd like the pictures on the top and the columns under it but really, whatever works the best. Text: Stolen my soul, stolen my heart

Image(s): One. Not as big obviously. But I am kind of torn between either this picture or One-2. Two. I know the image is kind of crappy, so if this one isnt working out feel free to use this one instead Three.

Scroll box (yes/no): I'm going to say no on this one, but if you think it would look good go right ahead :3 Hover: I am not exactly sure what this means but again, feel free to add it/use it/something if you like how it looks Extra info: I would kind of like my comment box to fade along with the other columns when its not hovered over with the mouse if you can do that. If not, thats quite alright ^^ I'd also like a light blue and white theme but i'm going to leave that up to you if it looks good or not.

I know I'm not that decisive in regards to what I want so feel free to ask questions if needed.

The fading comment box/columns is "hover" Did you want all the pictures or just one?

Well Id like One or One-2, but if I had to chose id use one-2. I also want Two, but since the image is meh quality if it ends up not looking the greatest I'd want Three. Does that answer your question? :s
