Just refresh at Atebus. What I did was set an autorefresher (Keith said they were okay), and had that going in one window, while I did my quests in another. I ended up with three Pink Lemons.

You should be able to put "free auto refresher" into google and it'll pop one up.

Both Chrome and Firefox have autorefresh extensions you can add to them. IE might, but I never use it, so I'm not sure. Just look up Autorefresh, and make sure you have the right one for your browser.
