So I received an official warning today from Subeta and went to tell my boyfriend who I forced to make an account the other day and noticed his account was frozen. I'm guessing they thought his account was made by me?! Which doesn't make any sense because I've never even logged on for him we've just Smailed each other and I've sent him a few gifts. Has this happened to anyone else? How can he get it unfrozen? (He'll just give up and not try to get it unfrozen so I'll have to force him once again. :P)

You should file a ticket about it! This can look really suspicious, especially if you use the same wifi. :)

Make a ticket (link can be found under the Subeta tab), explain the situation and let a user admin look into it, they are the only ones that can help you. Next time you should tell them immediately if another person in your household makes an account to prevent any problems; my sister and I did that when she wanted an account here as well and now we are playing for more than 6 years without any issue.

If he doesn't want to unfreeze his account.... dont force him to... As for the freezing, if he wants to unfreeze his account, then you should really think about filing a ticket to let staff you you both play. Also, I'd suggest keeping the gifts to a minimum, because that can look wrong.
