I loved those movies until the newest one came out. It was a big disappointment to me..

Yeah i know what u mean, the first 2 movies i thought were brilliant then it kind of went iffy with Alice getting all those psychic powers :L Then the newest one just seem to be totally repetitive and im just like "Sod off" now XD

I mean i thought it was pretty awesome until the newest movie I was just like "... Wth Hollywood!"

Sorry but the first and second movie (iffy on this) were decent, the rest were god awful. Really tarnished the name of RE. Honestly better zombie movies/shows exist. Zombieland, Land of the Dead, Dawn of the Dead, The Walking Dead (series) and more. I will always love the games thou, the game is a true masterpiece.

I wish Hollywood wouldn't make such .. (I almost swore on here WHOA) crappy movies - -;; Ah.. Oh well. My favorite movie of all times is Dracula Dead and Loving It. Ahh. Gotta love pun movies. I also like Robinhood Men in Tights. x] Bahahaaa.

I actually love them. xD Mostly because I just don't take them seriously. At all. To me, they're just fun movies to watch. Yeah, they got to be pretty cliched and Alice's psychic powers were completely unnecessary, but still. I have them all on DVD and I watch them from time to time. (I have to admit, though, that part in the third movie with the zombie crows and turning the sky into fire was one of my favorite all-time movie moments. :D)

There's a time when I want to watch an honest zombie horror movie that makes me scared or jumpy, and then there's a time I want to watch something with a lot of shooting and explosions and actions without having to think too much on the plot.

honestly, i liked Afterlife the best.

because Alice loses her powers.

dear god i jumped with joy when i saw that. she has never been anything but an obnoxious Mary-Sue nearly on the level of Bella Swan, and it only got worse as the series progressed, until now.

i also appreciated that they took the best scenes from RE5 and replaced Sheva with Claire.

but really, i more prefer the games; especially the earlier games. 4 and 5 are easier to play, but they stopped being mostly puzzles with the occasional zombie popping out to scare you snotless, and instead it's HEY LOOK NOT-ZOMBIE SHOOTING GALLERY LOL. my favorite game is still the original.

but that may just be me. the only RE movie i like at all is Degeneration. at least there, they could use CG to make the characters actually look like they're supposed to. (though i wonder what happened with Leon's animators - he has no expression through the entire thing) and in Degeneration they're not taking the universe and its viruses and butchering them.

tyrants do not have telekinesis. i'm sorry, they don't. Alice can go die in a fire.

Degeneration was awesome, so much win right there. Why couldn't they just stuck with this!

I actually loved the new movie, it's the third one that I didn't like. However, I hated the beginning of Afterlife because it was so drawn out but once the action picks up in the building, then I loved it. :) The second one was my favorite and I'm sad Jill isn't in any of the other movies!

However, I wish that the movies would've actually followed the games.. at least the ones I have seen it seems like.. they don't. Especially the first movie.. I hate that they don't.. I mean the movies themselves are fine.. but they shouldn't have had the same name.. just my opinion.

I love the games though. <3 I used to watch my brothers play them when i was little.. and that's what got me into them. X3

I don't like horror/zombie movies but I love RE, go figure (was forced to watch right around when the second one came out). I have to admit I like the psychic powers thing, I'm more of an action girl anyway. As far as zombie movies go I can imagine it's quite a disappointment (the later movies that is).

The only two I've seen are Resident Evil (If that's the one with the Red and White Queens),and Resident Evil:Apocalypse.I liked the latter because it had Nemesis in it. :D IMHO,Jill should be the main character of the movies since Alice isn't even in the games.
