I am looking for someone who can turn my Twilight Tutani into a Galactic Tutani overlay.

are you wanting the same base as the twilight tutani just recolored to the galactic colors?

alright, so after this... i definitely think i'm going to stay with redraws! recolors are definitely not my thing :P i wasn't sure if you wanted the grey behind it or not, so i did both ways! neither are transparent, but someone like rathoren could probably do that, if you asked them nicely and maybe paid a fee!
