Anyone else hoarding the free beers for another unofficial recycle beast pub crawl in the future? I don't know if it's just open for the book drive or if if will stay open but I'm taking advantage.

I have 251 and counting so far. I believe last time I had over 26k beers to hand in.

Won't it be open again during Alegarten (that's the holiday it comes from right?) because I'd think with all the lag atm it probably isn't a good idea for a bunch of people to hound the free beer.

I am! I've been hoarding the free beer ever since someone dumped a load of them in the Donation Center a few weeks ago. The brewery being open again makes me so happy! I've only got a little over 30 so far, but I'm working on it.

Yeah, good point. Though I kind of doubt a lot of the lag is from users hoarding the beer. I was on right as the last part of the scavenger hunt was released and the lag pretty much started within a couple of minutes. I really don't think at that point many if any users where even in the brewery. I also at this point really doubt that the lag and errors are going to be gone for the next event(s). I can pretty much pinpoint the lag starting when the users online gets over 1k, which has been every day this week.

To tell the truth, yeah I'm getting beers but I'm not refreshing that much in there.

I didn't think the brewery started the lag or anything (because I was on when it started and like you said not many people knew then) but I'm sure it isn't any help. I know I'm about to be a hypocrite though and grab myself some free beer because last time I actually scrambled around and bought them all from user shops. 1k users doesn't often seem to have bad lag though I think it just depends on what the 1k has been doing because I feel like when I've been on with over 1k users it hasn't been too bad and I'm also often on for a while somewhere between 1am-6am which I feel like is the less crowded time (based on all those server updates that choose that time to fix itself).

I think the should have just dumped a bunch of Free Beers in the Donation Corner for the quest and waited until the Reading Drive ended to reopen the Spring Street Brewery.

O_O Wow! I hope all that beer doesn't break anything. I'll be happy to hit 2k right now. I'm at 1,649 and slowly going up.

- I learned a while back that you can't have 500K of an item in a shop or it causes a weird glitch where you have the items but they disappear.... so I'm keeping 470K in one shop, 470K will be in my vault, and I may have to make a second gallery for beers to make my million.
