None in shops or trades, I have no idea what the value or rarity of this cw is. :/

I can't imagine this item is worth more than 600 csc, even if it happens to be a one batch item (which I don't know). I did a google search and it looks like it's been given away at the "GIVE CW TO USER ABOVE" board, which are generally CWs people are unable to sell.

I'd look for 600 personally and adjust from there, maybe someone else can come along with better information for you to base your price off of.
