every-time I purchase from Steamworks Menagerie the shop it gives me multiples of the same items and charges me for them too..

-so You can file a ticket and get your trinkets refunded. This happens when there is a site hiccup. They put on a 5 second buying wait...I don't know if they can do much past that. You can read more about it on the topic below. Please post there in the future if you have more problems. Thanks!
