I am trying to get into the Blue Building and need about 80 more achievements. Are there any ones that are particularly easy?
Well, here are just a few that I think are pretty easy:
Mind Reading Master: Read your pets mind 15 times! - You already have 13/15, so that shouldn't be too hard. Have 5 Friends! - You have 7/10, but I've just set you a friend request so you have 8. Hopefully 2 others can help. Complete 5 Toy Quests, 5 Graveyard Quests, 5 Mori Quests, or 5 Computer Quests. These shouldn't take too long, I think. Be entered in the potion lottery by a friend with a mega ticket. - I'll go enter you for this one, no worries! Scratch 25 scratch cards! - You have 16/25, just buy a few more cheap ones and you'll be good.
I usually get my achievements through games, since it both helps me with achievements and earning sP. :)

Vending Maniac --(10/100) items, just mindlessly click away!
2012 Goodie Bag Opener! --(0/1), (0/5), (0/10) I think 3 of the tiers can be easily tackled. Also in user shops: cheapest price atm is 3,990sP
2013 Goodie Bag Opener! --(1/5) this one's a bit pricey; you'll have to buy in user shops. Cheapest price atm is 7,999sP
2014 Goodie Bag Opener --(5/100) you can finish the rest of the tiers since it's super cheap in user shops, just 800sP. I also have over 250 of them collecting dust in my vault, so I could give them to you (might as well put them to some good use ^^)
Autumn Dragon Helper --Help 1 Autumn Dragon (0/5) there's 2 tiers and they should be easy. Go here to see the Autumn Dragon. You just need to bring whatever food they ask for, kind of like Minion Feeder
Mallarchy Pond Player --(1/5), (1/10)
Mask Collector --Have all the cardboard masks in your wardrobe. The majority of them you can easily buy in user shops. is currently priced at nearly 3 mil, so you'll probably have to borrow from someone who owns it.

Wizard Employee --(331/500)
50 quests for Maleria, Pete, Drunk Carl you could also aim for 100 but I personally think their quests are harder to complete/easier to quit because they can be very pricey and payout is mediocre, at least for Pete and Drunk Carl. Warning: expect to lose a chunk of sP
Continuing quest tiers for Cinthia, Major Drills, Quentin, Computer Geek, Librarian up to 100 Some are easier, some harder

Finish all tiers for Mallarchy Pond Player
Matlal's Jewels Cumulative Score (0/2,500,000) it may look tough, but if you can score at least 15,000/game, you'll get to the end in no time!
Complete tiers for Gimme Some Fin up to 100. Just keep playing the easiest timed level. It does get kind of boring after a while, though.
