My last board is on the second page and I wish to create another one. If I request for said board to be locked, may I make another one, even if it's still on the second page?

Your thread is that far down on page 2 that, while it's technically not allowed, you would not be punished for making a new one. The spirit of the rule is to stop people spamming threads.

You can get the old one locked if you want to be safe but it should be fine either way

You are only allowed to have 1 advertising thread in the first 2 pages of advertising. You have to wait til the thread hits the 3rd page before reposting. Whether the thread is locked or not has no bearing. [edit] If someone has gotten away with this in the past, it's because mods can't check everything, haha

I'm not a mod, so no. The mods are there to help keep the forums clean. I am fairly sure they have better things to be doing with their time than going "Oh, ENFOLD has another thread on page 2, I should lock this one."

Although, if you wish to advertise different items on several threads, you are allowed to have as many as you wish.
