I would aim for about 80m-100m, but 60/70m would be a fair call Since it's a combination of Riptide (~50m) and the Balrog (40m).

The combination is made from riptide and Balrog. I am pretty sure Riptide tends to fall in the 50-60 range and Balrog is 40M in the MC. Legendary combos usually sell for less than the combined price of their components, so I would assume it would fall into the 60-80M range.
