Have any ideas as to why he got booted from the Pet Spotlight lineup?

It may have something to do with how dark the overall profile is. Some of the text, especially at the bottom is rather difficult to read. Other than that, I have no idea as it's a lovely pet/profile o:

But it's not stated in the rules / guidelines that the profile can't be dark. D; The text at the bottom isn't really meant to be read. Maybe it's also because I have a very bright screen, so I don't find it hard to read at all? What other text do you find difficult to read? ❤️

Scrollbar overlay is off by 1-2 px in Chrome, classic.

Can you screen shot for me? It's not off on any of my browsers on my mac. :c

Basically all the text that isn't in the textbox and isn't the pets name. I can read it if i look close, but even on my large screen its enough to make me lose interest. Though it's not in the guidelines, they have been a lot more picky with pet spotlight acceptances, and i'm just telling it how i see it.

I also just noticed what mentioned. I'm also using chrome and the scrollbar is a tiny bit off c:

Unless it isn't and the white line is meant to be there. But it looks like it is.

I'll take a look into make it brighter then, thanks! I feel like they should be more specific in their guidelines, because they make it seem like they are lenient, but they aren't. D;

Also hate mac / pc differences in scrolls + browsers. I have no idea how my pet profiles look to other people. :c

The scrollbar is off in all my browsers, actually, and I have a lot. So it's a system problem x/

And def make it brigher like says, if you take a look at the Pet Spotlight sticky wrote about low text contrast often being a reason in her latest post.

If you don't have the image... But wouldn't it be easier to fix it from the font side? I don't think anyone even reads background text, I sure don't, EVER. But the textbox/nominate for spotlight/owner/color stuff could use a tiny bit brighter font and the dark red links...more than a tiny bit brighter.

the whole profile also has a horizontal scroll bar on it, which is another thing on 's thread that has been said to boot pets from the queue. you should make sure your profile fits on a smaller screen! usually the standard is 1000 px wide C:

I think the amount of empty space might be an issue as well, as I've seen in the guidelines that empty space is something taken into consideration. (Which is something stupid to nitpick over, IMO). Maybe move his name up above his paws, and then move the box with his story up? Everything else looks fine to me, good luck keeping him in the queue!
