A gruff, rough-and-tumble looking guy, looks the same as he acts. With scars and strange, off-coloured patches of skin ( his normal skintone seemingly a light green, body streaked with various spots/streaks of pale flesh - he doesn't go into much detail about ). Extremely well spoken ( once you can understand the thick accent that usually throws people for a loop ), and well read, Zombie is a male that has a sort of awkward life style.

Get up at sunset, attend graveyard duties, harvest skin from fresh corpses, drink some floral smelling tea that he won't tell anyone the name of ( much less let try ), read a good book, try and get rid of 'Mutty' ( the stray dog that deeply adores him, but who he says he hates with a passion ), scour the internet at odd hours of the late morning and send angry letters to everyone about anything, and go out hunting for books ( with titles similar to 'Being Undead: ur body and u', 'How to Harvest Skin, Organs, and Hair', 'Mummification 101', 'Morticianary Tecniques for Dummies', 'How to Battle Really Old Curses' ).

Zombie is well known for his 'library' ( really, just rooms filled with nothing but books that are well cared for ) on being undead, turning undead, alchemy, mortician work, and even a few about how to have 'a beautiful undead afterglow that impresses everyone'. Freshly undead come to him often for his help, as do those who are cursed ( another 'field of interest' for him ). Zombie specifically knows quite a bit about curses, especially because he's spent the last 120 years trying to get rid of his own curse.

Being undead, or at least trying to get rid of the need to replace sections of his flesh with that of a corpse, is something that he has never enjoyed, and doesn't quite thing he deserves. Although his memories of his past life ( before becoming undead ) are fleeting, Zombie has never been able to remember just what happened to cause such a curse to be placed on him. He's quick to say that he does't know if he deserved it or not; he just wants it gone.

He is a man of mystery, seemingly encased in shadow and this, of course, drives on those that have become fan or cynics of his. He does not attend many events or groups, nor parties or even meetings with those who seem extremely important ( important bloodlines and socialites ). This creates envy, jealousy, and if he should attend something, bragging rights and swoon-worthy shivers.

Not much is known about him, and for a good reason. He is not really a he at all, but a woman. The run-away daughter of a very noble bloodline, forbidden from doing what she had dreams of doing. 'Sure,' her mother had said. 'You can write what you want, but of course we won't be getting it published. That's too risky for our family, should you write something scandalous.'

The story, in gist, will follow the adventures of the young woman and will in the end have a very sorrowful ending for her, basically, with the return of her to her family after the death of her parents and putting herself back into her previous life, ending her life as the 'great writer'. Instead of doing the one thing she loves, and in the end having lost a love greater than writing, she settles into the numb, hollow life of ruling a small principality within an OC world that a few other pets of mine are part of, with slight references to her/her works here and there.
