My school is having a dance tomorrow night as a part of our Spirit Week celebrations. It's glow-in-the-dark themed, so we're going to have a backlight and whatnot. And I've been pumped about it since the theme was changed from retro to that.

I'm currently single, although I do somewhat have my eyes set on a certain guy. But I'm not going to talk about that. (Although, he might be going to the dance too and that would be awesomesauce.)

Today at lunch, my friend Ellie pretty much bombarded me and started talking about how "Somebody is going to ask you to dance tomorrow and yada yada yada!". I was thoroughly confused because I didn't know who she could have been talking about. Many of my guys friends she either doesn't know or doesn't talk to, and I doubted she was talking about the fellow I like. (She doesn't even know I like him.)

So, the rest of the afternoon, she and my other friend Kathleen guarded this odd little secret with their lives. Until after school.

I asked Ellie what was going on and she let it slip that (Insert name) likes me a lot and that he's probably going to ask me to dance/ask me out/something of that nature.

(Insert name) is a name I recognize in my school, but I honestly have no IDEA who this guy is. :/ But, apparently he really likes me, even though I've never talked to him in my life. I don't even know if he's in my grade or in grade 11/12.

So, I don't know what to say to him, if he does end up approaching me at the dance tomorrow. xC
