Okay. So. I have the DVD version of a musical that I really love. How can I possible get it onto my computer, split it up into sections (So I have separate songs) and then get it on to my ipod.

Haha sorry if it's a dumb question but the assholes didn't release a CD version (and I tend to like live better anyway. Being a concert of sorts there is no annoying background noises (: ) and I'd really like to listen to it other than watching it or finding it on youtube.

Thanks (:

And if this is totally in the wrong spot I'm sorry!

What OS do you use?

If Windows look at: this Then, you could just use any regular audio-editing program to split it into sections; one example is audacity but you may already have a program that works just as well on your computer.
