I have a couple of layer cards, but I'm not sure how to use them... help, please?

You can use them at The Alchemist in the Shadowglen Underground to create new items if you combine them with an [item=alchemy token: wearable] and a tincture of your choice. It's similar to how the Genetech Lab works. However, you must be a zombie to use the Underground Alchemist.

edit: I should mention there aren't that many wearable options yet anyway, so many of the layer cards are useless at the moment. Here is a thread that lists all of them.
