I'm going up to visit my dad and sister for the rest of the month, since all our birthdays are coming up, and my sister is getting one hell of a birthday package! :D I found out about two programs, VirtualBox and DOSBox, that let me run the old computer games my sis and I used to play when we were kids. (VirtualBox lets you run a virtual computer environment in your computer, so you can run a different operating system in your computer, and DOSBox is a DOS emulator.) These are the games I got for her and am gonna help her load onto her computer, along with VirtualBox and DOSBox to run them:

Cap'n Crunch's Crunchling Adventure The Secret Island of Dr. Quandary The Amazon Trail II The Oregon Trail Deluxe The Time Warp of Dr. Brain The Lost Mind of Dr. Brain Odell Down Under Troggle Trouble

She's gonna nostalgia so hard she won't be able to stand it! XD Through some tinkering and testing, I've also gotten all these to work on my own computer (except Troggle Trouble, since it hasn't come in the mail yet :P).

What kinds of nostalgia moments have you guys had lately? Find any old games or something that you remember from your childhood? Run into something awesome at the store? :D

A while ago, after years of searching, I finally found the name of the site I was looking for: TechnoSphere. There were screenshots on Wiki, and I nostalgia'd hard.
