I know for a fact that I did the quests well before midnight on Saturday, but now every quest is telling me I've already done them today. Is this a glitch? Is there someone I can ask about this?

I think that somebody said something about everyone having the same problem. The quests should be resetted again tomorrow.

Until they get things re-set, we can't do the quests. This happens sometimes. I hate it because this is the only time I have to do them. Oh well.
