Next to the button to edit a post there is a button with a person with a triangle. What does it do? I am worried because I may have bumped it a few times by accident while playing subeta on my cellphone.

It just pings the user. See the @ sign with your name behind it? It's how you got the event to come check here. That's all! :) It's good to ping someone when you are talking to them in a forum so they know you said something back.

But - the ping will just wait down the bottom of the page in the comment box. Unless you purposefully scroll down and post the comment, nothing'll happen, so you haven't been accidentally bothering people, don't worry! c:
