What time does Mori appear?

My friend lives in Norway so she's having trouble figuring out when Mori comes out in her time, but I don't even know what time she appears in Subeta time. Would someone enlighten us please?
I believe she's around 8pm-6am Subeta time (EST).

They were saying 6am/6pm in the plot thread, and this matches what I remember Keith saying at the Disney Anaheim meet.

I know some people are saying 6AM and 6PM, but on the first 24 hours of the release of the current step, I basically had no life and saw the switch happen at 6AM [see this post here], but it did NOT happen at 6PM [No Mori at 6:13PM, or at 7:27PM]. I wasn't online at 8PM exactly but I came back at 8:30 and saw then that the switch had occurred.
TL;DR: I also think the switch times are 6AM and 8PM :P
also keith said the times are the same for everyone.
