Why is it over 4 mil in user shops? Can you do something with it?

[Item=Used Bottle Cap] is from the Alegarten celebration.

It doesn't do anything, but because the shop operated on a timer (you could only buy 1 item every 5 minutes) and was only open certain times of the day so few people actually bought one.
