Something of a "Never Have I Ever" type of thread.

Are there any movies that you [I]haven't[/I] seen and would be a little sheepish to admit it in a public setting? I don't mean things like that one obscure indi-French film cult hit that only plays at 2 in the morning in ironic black and white despite being from the 70s (though if you want to add something like that to the list, you may).

What I am talking about is a movie/movies that are well known and loved, but you yourself have yet to see them or just never got around to it.

To get the ball rolling, I will be the first to confess: I have never watched the original [I]Star Wars[/I] films or [I]Ghostbusters[/I].

Yeah... :|

GHOSTBUSTERS. Occasionally I'll admit I've never seen it and immediately regret it. I just never got around to it, you know?

I've never watched The Wizard of Oz. I find it really creepy with the tin man, the lion, and the flying monkeys. I haven't seen Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (either one), The Godfather, or Back to the Future.

The one that I am probably most embarrassed about never really seeing is 'It's a Wonderful Life'. I've seen bits of it on TV, but I have never been interested in sitting down and watching the whole movie. I just don't think it looks entertaining enough to watch it.

Along with Star Wars and Star Trek, I've never seen an entire LOTR film. I did see The Hobbit, though. I also haven't seen some of the so-called 'best movies ever made' (Citizen Kane, Casablanca, Gone with the Wind, etc). I've never been able to sit through Avatar or Titanic, either.

Ooh, I'm glad I'm not alone with my lack of experience when it comes to Star Wars. Haven't seen a single movie, although lately I've gotten a bit more curious about them and have been wondering if I should fix the situation. (and then I manage to postpone that thought once again...)

I haven't seen any Indiana Jones's either, or Moby Dick.

Aaaand I haven't seen Mean Girls. I feel like I should, but I'm fairly sure I know everything already thanks to tumblr.

Iron Man, all of them. I watched the first, sort of. A friend and I were watching a stream and I had some tabs open so... I try to keep that one secret because I love Thor and The Avengers and Marvel and I'm sure my friends would think I'm crazy :/

I really do want to watch them though!

I've never seen Star Wars, any of the Indiana Jones movies, Braveheart, Avatar, the Matrix films, the Godfather films, The Dark Knight, Casablanca...I just looked at the IMDB top 250 and I haven't seen the majority of them

I haven't watched any of the Resident Evil movies.

I've never seen the godfather series, rambo, rocky…..which really doesn't bother anyone but my boyfriend..

I've never watched gone with the wind, white christmas, mr smith goes to washington….basically a lot of old school movies that i haven't watched honestly for no other reason than i haven't yet.

I have never seen Napoleon Dynamite, or the Godfather. Both I avidly would like to see.

I never seen Frozen and I go to Disneyland once a week! There is a culture to that movie and so many people talk about it... I never seen it, but if someone put it on while am on my couch then we good haha

Star Wars.

I once tried and fell asleep 20 minutes in. I want to try again one day as I think I would like it, but I also think it is one of those films I should have experienced as a child to truly appreciate it.

I've never completely made it through any of the Star Wars films. Only seen bits and pieces.

I've not seen Lord of the Rings either. (That's soon to change though.)

Admittedly, I've not watched a lot of the popular/well known films.

Well I'll reply with my confessions one post at a time as I was a bigger reader than movie watcher back when I was growing up.

So...I have never seen The Breakfast Club and don't really have a big interest to O.o

I've never seen The Breakfast Club either! To be honest, for a long time I thought it was a TV show. XD I have plans to watch it sometime soon...

I've never seen The Thing, Groundhog Day, RoboCop, or Total Recall. Once I tried to watch Schindler's List, but I found it terribly dull and never finished it. :x

And I ALWAYS get confused about Tom Cruise movies. Mission: Impossible and Minority Report are the same movie to me. Oblivion and Edge of Tomorrow, as well.

I also have to confess that I never remember anything about The Fifth Element, The Million Dollar Hotel, Dog Day Afternoon or Platoon. I've seen them all a few times and I like them, but I still don't remember what happens in them!

Me and Dad watched Oblivion the other night and the day after it he was still confusing it with Edge of TomorrowXD

Another movie I haven't seen:

The first Clerks movie. My fiance is a big Kevin Smith fan so I know I'll watch it sometime in the futureXD

Never seen Scarface and never will. Haven't seen Frozen yet and probably won't for a long time. I refuse to see a lot of popular movies if I dislike the fans of them.

There are so many I haven't seen! Star Wars, Ghostbusters, Taken, almost all superhero films, all James Bond films, LotR, most Halloween films, all Friday 13th films aside the first (I found it so boring), Pulp Fiction, The Shawshank Redemption and probably loads others >.<

I've never seen Zoolander, I just know about it from other people quoting it. I also don't think I've seen any Austin Powers movie in full.
