According to the article the court marshal has been fired, which is good, but there's evidence of a cover up going on involving multiple officials of the court sexually assaulting citizens. Which considering the judge's reaction is not surprising. I hope she gets fired eventually too.

I am absolutely and completely disgusted. First of all this woman never should have had a male officer of any kind searching her, her requests for a female officer were ignored. She wasn't an immediate threat to herself or others, they could have waited for a female officer to come down. She also shouldn't have been taken to a back room with no one but the court marshal and her in there, why wasn't there anyone to watch over the search? Isn't it usual procedure to have someone overview something like this to make sure assaults don't happen? I hate how they were hand-feeding women to this predator by allowing him to go off alone and play strip search.

Second of all, what kind of a heartless bitch is this judge that she just SAT THERE while a woman who was trying to get her help was pleading and crying for her while being bullying and further assaulted. How could she do nothing?! She didn't even acknowledge the woman's cries!

Third, they arrested her for "false allegations made against a police officer," lol wat? You can be arrested for false allegations but first an investigation must be done to prove those allegations are false. There's no "you're lying, so we're just going to send you to jail" charge they can bring against you legally. Also this is a fucking sexual assault victim. They're bullying a sexual assault victim into recanting! Why is this happening?! Where are we as a culture that is not questioned by any person in the room, all who are in positions of authority designed to protect victims. Fuck both officers and that judge for doing this. Fuck the predator officer who molested her, fuck the other officer for not doing the right thing and protecting her, fuck that bitch judge who listened to her begging for help and flat out ignored her. We wonder why rape goes unreported, well this is why. And this was in front of her child!

Ugh, this is absolutely disgusting. This is why no one trusts any authority figure anymore. I wish there weren't people like this, but there is, and worst of all, some of them are in positions of power. I really hope they get what's coming to them.
