tablet troubles...

i have the tablet tooya pro and its acting really weird... is this generally a crappy tablet? or is it something else? i mean when i try to draw a line it ends up all squiggly like this: http://s264.photobucket.com/albums/ii164/Aerisaxia/?action=view&current=Untitled-2copy-1.jpg

and even the mouse seems to do a better job :( help?i just got it and i have no idea about tablets T_T

are you sure you're pressing hard enough? when I first got my tablet I was usper careful with it so I pressed light and my lines came out sorta like that.

no im certain i actually press really hard its just when ever i try to make a smooth curved line it comes out squiggly when i try to make a straight one it comes out perfect...

Ahh...

Maybe it is where it's plugged in. Sometimes my tablet makes lines like that because it is not plugged in properly (so you need to push it in furthur or take it out, maybe blow on the inside, then plug it back in) or just because there's some random problem (that photoshop normally tells me about - "there is a problem with your tablet driver blabla"). in which case restarting the computer helps.

Try what the previous poster said. Check all of your connections, and if everything's good on that end, update your drivers. Also try tinkering with your pressure sensitivity options, or what mode your tablet is in (mouse or pen). With tablets I go big or go home (wacom intuos.3 for me), so I'm not even remotely familiar with the type you have. So in regards to that my advice wouldn't be solid.

However my last tablet started to do that near the end of its life. Stabbing it would stop the shakiness but it would just happen later on. Quite aggravating, if I do say so myself.

Restarting the computer helps mine... but I have'nt had that problem before O_o
